Shanti Devi is a very experienced no nonsense cut -to-the-matter breathwork teacher and also gives underwater breathwork and works with real fire also during the session to support the process with all elements. It is advised to complete a cycle of 10 sessions yet just one has proven to be extremely beneficial and good as an introduction to the power and scope of the magic that breathwork is.
