This way they can exactly tell you where it has been caught and they can stand for the quality and freshness.
Their fish is also served in specialized restaurants all over Holland.

   It's lovely to get the fish straght from the fisherman: He/she can tell you how , where and when they caught the fish and that gives me such a good feeling when eating it. Since the fish auction, fish shop is out of the chain, the price is very okay, but  also the advices to prepare, clean, and store count!
