Active Health Center is a long established yoga studio in Amsterdam Oud West, specialized in working with moms to be, and mothers with babies. Yoga classes, birthing classes, water births and various workshops. Active Health Center is also a great place to meet fellow new parents and find good advice, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The majority of classes are offered in English.

I followed several classes at The Active Health Center during my pregnancy. Lillith, the instructor is a truly gentle and lovely teacher. She made us relaxed, and very aware.
