We will be doing a breathwork session everyday, also underwater in warm and cold water! lncluding daily, in depth teachings /processes in breath & body mastery, ‘birth and relationships’, daily fire-purifictions and an expedition to Pansaimol, the most ancient labyrinth of Asia.
